Please bring a complete list of all medications, over the counter medications, vitamins and supplements you are taking. We will also update your health and family history. If you are 30 years or older, consider coming to your appointment fasting (nothing to eat or drink after midnight except water). This allows blood work to be done the same day as your appointment.
